Squat Day 5
Squat: 4 x 10 @ 90%
*Last set is a MAX EFFORT (Do as many as possible)
*Rest 3-4 minutes between sets.
8 minute AMRAP:
1 Front Squat (95/65lbs)
1 Toes to Bar
2 Front Squat
2 Toes to Bar
Go as high as you can in 8 minutes.
Coaches Tip: The conditioning will get very spicy, very fast. Use transition time as rest and try to get longer sets, instead of dropping or coming off the bar. This is the last day of the squat cycle, expect to look into a 1RM next week!
